sigh

I'm tired of always saying good-bye to Colburn. It used to be like ripping off a bandage; the pain was intense but brief. Not so much anymore. Now it's like ripping off an arm. Bad analogy, I know, in light of his ruptured distal bicep tendon and subsequent painful recovery. Today's full moon probably isn't helping:-(
