The Middle Class Job...

...is very hard to find. Did you know an interview lasting one hour and 40 minutes with the VP of a major natural gas company does not necessarily mean you got the job. Did you know the hiring manager in a large company no longer knows what the salary is for the job you're interviewing for? In this day and age it's very easy to be over qualified for many jobs and under qualified for the others. Also, they can run a credit check and criminal background check on me, but I cannot do the same on them. The job candidate should be able to interview her potential co-workers before accepting the job. And that's all I'm going to say on the subject.
